PRE-PRINT
We verify that the size at which you want to print your image and the colour system of the file are appropriate. We examine possible pixelated areas, or lines that are too small for subsequent screen printing.
FAB. FRAMES
We manufacture wooden, iron or aluminium frames with sizes ranging from 150mm x 150mm to 7400 x 4200 mm.
MESH
We use the highest-quality mesh on the market. We control the appropriate tension and inclination for each kind of printing. We also give advice about the number of threads depending on the support and type of ink. In addition, we have a modular mesh stretching system that gives us flexibility, as well as a great production capacity.
DEGREASING
Preparing mesh for coating is a vital part of the process to ensure optimal printing results and durability. During its manufacture, storage and transfer, the mesh accumulate remains of unwanted substances, such as dirt.
COATING
We count with coating equipment which allow us implementing standards on emulsion coating:
Number of layers, coating trough, pressure or seed of coating process can be adjusted at your discretion, according to the demand of each of our customers. Emulsion thickness can be controlled by our equipment.
DRYING
Drying, a fundamental part of the process in making the screen, is carried out in drying equipment specifically. Designed by us to guarantee the optimum humidity levels. Good quality in engraving process depends on it.
ENGRAVING
There are two ways to engrave an image:
Indirect or analogic one, through the film, and an other one, direct, with a direct engraving system called C.T.S (Computer to Screen). We have both.
VERIFYING
The last step, but not least, we review the screens individually deliver a quality final product according to the features requested by our customer.
